These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the reservation, transportation, and related services (“Services”) provided by Manhattan VIP Limo (“Manhattan VIP Limo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 116 W 23rd St, New York, NY 10011. By booking a reservation or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Reservations & Quotes
Rates quoted at the time of booking are estimates based on the trip details you provide (pickup/drop-off location, date, time, vehicle type, and passenger count). Final charges may vary based on actual tolls, wait time, additional stops, parking fees, gratuity, and other trip-specific factors. Rates are subject to change without notice and may be higher during holidays or high-demand periods.
Payment
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Depending on the service, an authorization hold may be placed on your card in advance of your trip to confirm funds are available; this hold is not a charge. The final charge is processed after your trip is completed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Sedans, SUVs: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged in full.
- Stretch limousines, sprinter vans: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund.
- Buses and coaches: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund.
- No-shows: If we are unable to reach you at the pickup location or by phone within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, the reservation will be treated as a no-show and may be charged in full.
- Flight delays, diversions, or extended taxi/gate time at airports are not considered no-shows if you notify us promptly; standard airport wait-time allowances apply (see below).

Wait Time
Airport pickups: Manhattan VIP Limo includes complimentary wait time with every airport pickup, measured from your flight’s actual landing time. Domestic flights receive 30 minutes of free wait time; international flights receive 60 minutes to account for customs and immigration. Additional wait time beyond the included allowance is billed at the applicable hourly rate, prorated in 15-minute increments.
Non-airport pickups: 15 minutes of complimentary wait time is provided after the scheduled pickup time. Beyond that, wait time is billed at the applicable hourly rate, prorated in 15-minute increments.
Additional Charges
Your total fare may include, in addition to the base rate: tolls, airport parking fees, waiting time, additional stops, and applicable taxes. Additional stops are calculated based on the added distance/time from your original route and may increase the total fare.
Vehicle Images & Availability
Vehicle photos on our website are representative examples. The exact make, model, or color of the vehicle provided may vary from images shown, though vehicle class and passenger capacity will match your reservation. Vehicle availability is subject to change; in the rare case your requested vehicle is unavailable, we will provide a comparable or upgraded vehicle at no additional charge where possible.
Lost or Misplaced Items
Manhattan VIP Limo is not responsible for personal items left behind in our vehicles. We will make a reasonable effort to help locate and return lost items when reported promptly, but cannot guarantee recovery. Please check the vehicle before exiting.
Limitation of Liability
Manhattan VIP Limo is not responsible for missed flights, delays, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic, road closures, weather, accidents, acts of God, or other conditions outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our Services is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable trip. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Conduct & Safety
Passengers are expected to treat chauffeurs and vehicles respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse or end service for unsafe, abusive, or illegal conduct, without refund. Seatbelt use is required where provided.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and, where applicable, the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, or in the New Jersey county where the applicable trip took place, as appropriate.
